We understand how difficult the decision is to find placement for a loved one, who because of illness or debilitation needs alternate placement, either for short term rehabilitation or longer term care.
Here at Bayside Care Center, our goal is to provide rehabilitative nursing care so that each resident functions at the highest possible level of independence. We continuously reassess residents to ensure that their program of care is always enhancing the quality of their life.
We are dedicated to providing quality skilled nursing in an attractive, warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to providing tender, loving care for all our residents.
We are proud of our excellent activities program, which provides our residents with supervised outings to local places of interest and inspired community events. We also offer coordinated activities throughout the day to cultivate new interests and to emphasize quality of life.
Bayside Care Center has an experienced and dedicated Activities Director, attentive Recreational Assistants and over 100 volunteers from around this great community who help make Bayside Care Center uplifting for all our residents and families!

Our Activities Director plans activities to meet every resident’s abilities and interests. Activities are scheduled a month at a time, and families are invited to participate.
